Assistant Fraud Manager
We are searching for an Assistant Fraud Manager to support the Fraud Manager in their daily activities, using your exceptional communication and diplomacy skills to manage issues within the Fraud team. Attention to detail orientated and analytically minded, you will have hands on flexible approach to work and be prepared to carry out routine fraud tasks where necessary.
Your responsibilities
• You will ensure that daily work is carried out by Fraud CSRs in accordance with Fraud
prevention guidelines and polices and ensuring that the workflow is kept within the
defined time frames
• You will be responsible for the daily distribution of tasks to the Fraud CSRs.
• You will produce daily reports to the Fraud Manager regarding day to day operations.
• You will escalate issues that arise from the Fraud CSRs to the Fraud manager.
• You will produce analysis and fraud investigations upon the Fraud Manager’s request.
• You will produce daily, weekly and monthly and reports upon the Fraud Manager request.
• You will assist with the ID checking and registration process and general routine Fraud CSR tasks where necessary
Professional Profile
• You possess a minimum of three years experience within fraud prevention in a gaming environment
• You have experience in daily operational management in a supervisory capacity
• You have experience with fraud analysis and investigations
• You possess intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• You have an excellent command of the English language
• You are a highly motivated individual coupled with excellent organization skills
• You are willing to work weekends where required
Beneficial Attributes
•You have experience in promotional fraud (Bonus abuse)
Salary based on experience £25k – £33k
