| Cost Centre Team Leader |
Our client is searching for a Cost Centre Team Leader to lead a small international team. Your area of responsibility includes strategic as well as operational topics, which you will advance proactively and with a high degree of commitment. You will report directly to our Head of Finance.
Your Responsibilities
• You will support the management with meaningful reports and presentations as well as business and environmental analysis
• You will be responsible for the further development of our investment management and the establishment of new concepts and controlling tools
• You will continually improve our processes, in particular in the area of budgeting and financial planning
• Your responsibility includes the further development and management of the team as well as ensuring a high motivation and performance-orientated function
Your Professional Profile
• You have a university degree in economics and at least three years of work experience in the cost centre department of a larger company
• You are well-versed in applying a variety of controlling tools
• Working with balance sheets, forecasts and transfer prices, you benefit from your profound knowledge of IFRS
• You are proficient in working with Microsoft Office, particularly in the use of MS Excel
• You have very good analytical and conceptional skills and a high level of numeracy
• Because of your communication and presentation skills you are able to present complex issues in a comprehensible manner
• You use the possibilities and freedom given to you in a responsible way and you advocate the exchange of knowledge within the company
• Due to your high commitment and readiness to assume responsibility, you set a good example to your team
• You will have experience in leading a team and you prefer a cooperative management style
