Junior Cost Centre Controller
We are searching for a Junior Cost Centre Controller to work in an international team together with three other controllers. You will help with the reporting system, the preparation of the annual budget planning as well as its documentation. You will work closely with the Cost Centre Managers and, in this way, participate in the strategic corporate planning.
Your Responsibilities
• You will help carry out the monthly gap-analysis and prepare profitability analysis
• You will help generate rolling forecasts for your cost centres
• You will help support the Financial Accounting team in calculating accruals and deferrals
• You will help prepare the annual budget planning and its documentation
• You will also coordinate the timekeeping for several projects
• You will help with the reporting concerning the variation of objectives, the definition and implementation of suitable measures and the calculation of internal hourly rates
Your Professional Profile
• You have a university degree in economics with focus on finance and accounting or an accounts qualification
• You have already gained initial work experience in the reporting or accounting department of a larger company
• You will ideally have experience in cost centre accounting and in budgeting and forecasting
• You are proficient in working with Microsoft Office, particularly in the use of MS Excel
• You have good analytical skills and a high level of numeracy
• You like working independently and are characterised by your high quality of work, your precision and your diligence, even during intensive time pressure
• Your high communication and team-working skills facilitate your cooperation both with internal and external clients
Salary 25k - 33k based on experience
