| Online Games Manager |
Our client is searching for a Games Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Games and Skill products, including backgammon, gin rummy and others.
The focus of this role will be CRM and product operation, strategy and development. Practically this means you will understand what drives a Games customer, and extending their lifecycle and value at our site, ensuring that our current product line-up is operating optimally, and ensuring the company are looking to the future to ensure that the offering will remain competitive.
Responsibilities
• Manage Games/Skill websites and all game interfaces.
• Manage and develop the Games/Skill customer experience.
• Generate new product ideas and recommend enhancements to existing products, driving and influencing the products’ roadmaps.
• Work with Senior Management to set annual budgets and targets for Games/Skill.
• Deliver results within agreed budgets and targets.
• Regularly report to Senior Management on the performance and profitability of the Games/Skill products.
• Conduct regular competitor analysis and maintain market place awareness.
• Develop & maintain strong relationships with third party suppliers.
• Develop and manage customer VIP and loyalty schemes.
• Develop and manage customer contact strategies and programmes.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure that the Games/Skill products are operating to their maximum potential.
• Liaise with suppliers to ensure any changes, updates or improvements are implemented efficiently.
• Work closely with Gaming Services Manager to ensure optimum customer service levels.
• Work closely with Affiliates team to develop and grow Games/Skill affiliate programmes.
• Work closely with Marketing on the implementation and management of customer acquisition and retention programmes.
Requirements
• Extensive knowledge of online gaming in general.
• Excellent numerical and reporting skills.
• A creative flair for product and promotional ideas.
• An understanding of CRM and customer contact strategies.
• Experience of liaising with third parties.
• Enthusiasm and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Commitment, drive and ambition.
