It is your responsibility to guarantee basic service qualities and make our VIPs feel being cared for. Due to a high degree of self-organization as well as thorough consultation with your team and the management, you easily master the multitude of service requests from our VIP members. Being an important backbone of communication between the company and our community, you are very service and goal oriented. In close cooperation with the community management, you deliver services and information to our most valuable customers.
