| VIP Manager Speaking German |
Our client is looking for a VIP Manager Speaking German to become part of a small team of VIP managers that is embedded in the community and make sure our most valuable members are treated the way they should.
It is your responsibility to guarantee basic service qualities and make our VIPs feel being cared for. Due to a high degree of self-organization as well as thorough consultation with your team and the management, you easily master the multitude of service requests from our VIP members.
Being an important backbone of communication between the company and our community, you are very service and goal oriented. In close cooperation with the community management, you deliver services and information to our most valuable customers.
Your Responsibilities
• Responsibility for the VIP management in German and/or English
• Managing the delivery of important information to the VIPs
• Managing inquiries and questions of our VIPs through Email, Forum and Voice
Professional Profile
• Experience in a similar role working with VIPs or a very high level of service.
• Perfect command of English and/or German both spoken and written
• High service orientation
• Very good organisational and communicative skills
• A strong motivation and high level of commitment
• Enjoyment of teamwork and open communication
