| HR Manager |
Our client is looking for an HR Manager, who is fluent is German and English, to take responsibility for all HR aspects in one or several departments. In close cooperation with the department managers, you will attend all staff from recruiting through performance reviews and their further development.
Knowing the staff and being an expert on HR topics, you will advise the department managers on all decisions, e.g. selection criteria or salary increase. Working in a transparent, communicative and inter-disciplinary environment, you will aid the company in its further structural development.
Your Responsibilities
• Provide support for departments in the compilation of professional profiles and job descriptions
• Manage recruitment process for employee hiring including:
• Development, management and regulation of a HR consultant network
• Opening up of additional and innovative recruiting channels and sourcing strategies
• Review and selection of job applications received
• Supervision of and participation in personnel selection (interviews, assessment centres)
• Respond to employee questions, concerns and needs; including insurance and local procedures
• Advise employees regarding company policies
• Coordinate the termination process as provided on the termination checklist. Conducts exit interviews for all terminations
• Coordinate performance management program by ensuring performance expectations are being set and policy guidelines are being met, conducted effectively and timely
Professional Profile
• University degree in Business Administration, alternatively Social Sciences or Psychology with a major in HR
• 3+ years of professional experience in the recruiting department of a company or in an HR consulting company
• Proficient user of modern recruiting tools and MS Office
• Fluent written and spoken English and German
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• An enjoyment of teamwork and open communication
• A pronounced service orientation
Salary is circa 30k and based on experience
