An experienced bi lingual chef is sought for an exciting new venture in Sotogrande. You will be fully responsible for the day to day running of a brand new state of the art kitchen. The Applicant should be conversant with Rational equipment and able to produce modern international cuisine for clients. The majority of the cuisine will be prepared with lunchtime in mind; however, due to the nature of the business, you should also be proficient in the preparation of cakes and pastries for coffee shop consumption.
We feel that this role will appeal to a self starter, someone who not only has pride in their work, but someone who values client feedback , can take constructive criticism and is never frightened to try new things. You will work closely with the owners in creating a menu, as part of the recruitment process we imagine that the right candidate should be able to present some ideas to the client.
Like any successful chef you need to be flexible, hard working and passionate about your work.
