This discerning client is looking to recruit a highly experienced Sales trainer, with at least 5 years sales training experience, ideally in Spain.
This extremely high profile requires a native English speaker, a very strong personality (able to cope with a large number of sales people). Ideally they’d love to find someone with a dynamic, fast paced sales background, such as real estate or timeshare , but alternatively we are they to consider a qualified trainer who has trained in a direct sales environment . The latter simply means that the client would need to train them very heavily on product.
The successful candidate will be competent with the following:
• Co-ordinate recruitment activities for Sales Departments
• Conduct competency based recruitment interviews
• Deliver Sales induction training
• Identify training needs
• Design and deliver training courses
• Keep up to date with sales programmes and activities
• Liaise with Sales and HR Managers to identify solutions to HR issues within Sales Departments
• Maintain accurate records of training required and delivered
