| Sportsbook Manager |
Our client is searching for an experienced Sportsbook Manager to take full responsibility for the running of their sports site and key web and customer operations.
Key responsibilities –
- Manage Sportsbook websites and other interfaces e.g. mobile.
- Ensure all sports content and promotions are correctly displayed on the website and other
interfaces.
- Manage and develop the Sportsbook customer experience, reviewing all functionalities and
making improvements.
- Generate new product ideas and recommend enhancements to existing products, driving
and influencing the product's roadmap.
- Regularly report to Senior Management on the performance of the Sportsbook product(s).
- Conduct regular competitor analysis and maintain market place awareness.
- Ensure product offers and campaigns are highly competitive in the marketplace
- Develop & maintain strong relationships with third party suppliers.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure that the Sportsbook products are operating to their
maximum potential.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure any changes, updates or improvements are implemented
efficiently.
- Develop and manage customer contact strategies and programmes.
- Work closely with Affiliates team to develop and grow Sportsbook affiliate programme.
- Work closely with Marketing to generate and implement customer acquisition and
retention programmes, promotions, campaigns and analysis of player activity.
-Development of sport promotions to encourage increased usage of the product.
In order to be considered you MUST have experience in the following –
- Extensive knowledge of online sports betting and other sports betting interfaces.
- A creative flair for product and promotional ideas.
- An understanding of CRM and customer contact strategies.
- An understanding of the affiliate marketplace.
- Experience of liaising with third parties.
- Enthusiasm and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Commitment, drive and ambition.
