| Purchase Ledger Clerk |
Our client is searching for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to manage the Purchase order processing, Purchase ledger and invoice filing function of the business. The role also includes the reconciliation of multi currency bank accounts and Client deposit and payment processing within the organisations’ back office.
You will be required to perform the following tasks:
Invoice and credit note processing – all major currencies
Preparing payments runs, obtaining authorisations.
Payment allocations.
Payment processing. Bank Transfers and Cheques.
Supplier statement reconciliations.
Multi currency bank reconciliations.
Answering queries re invoices, payments and credit notes.
Petty cash reconciliations.
Journal posting.
Allocation of payments received to customer accounts.
Assistance with end of month routines.
You will have:
Previous experience in a similar role
Experience of Sage 200 and in multi currency processing is essential
Experience of online banking systems is desirable
Salary is 16k – 19k and based on experience
