| Sales and Marketing Manager |
Our client is searching for a Sales & Marketing Manager to work from their London Office whose duties with be:
• Find and negotiate deals with UK media owners and affiliates that deliver customers to the online Casino and online Bingo products to a profitable level
• Oversee the development of marketing collateral to support acquisition
• Develop and monitor ROI performance of marketing campaigns in online and offline media.
• Manage business partner/internal relationships and negotiate deals. This may include:
Portals, SEM/SEO, Contextual buys, Email marketing, Offline branding, “Guerilla” marketing
• Develop marketing plans and strategies for acquisition of active players into the company brands.
• Grow and strengthen of a portfolio of existing affiliates with the remit of driving incremental acquisitions.
• Assist in acquiring affiliate marketing partners
• Assist in the development and maintenance of the relationships with affiliate marketing partners
• Perform competitive research, and monitor promotional activity in the UK online gaming market through market analytics tools such as HitWise, Neilson Net Ratings etc
• Maintain and manage agency relationships, including monitoring of managed campaigns. Manage internally led campaigns.
• Meet ROI, New Active Player and CPA targets
• Make recommendations to the design of company Web sites that improve marketing performance.
• Attend industry shows, events. Exhibit where appropriate.
• Define KPAs and performance manage team
• Present and share marketing plans to key stake holders around the business
• Report regularly on performance versus plan.
Qualifications
Education and experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent; 3 or more years sales and marketing experience required, exposure to online gaming not essential.
You will live locally to London or be settling there soon
Language skills
Good written and oral fluency in English. Ability to read and digest product development specifications, financial reports, and legal documents. Comfortable with presenting information to management as well as to affiliates and business partners.
