This new client is an established company that has been trading for several years with one unique development which is based on the Costa de la Luz .
Until now they have marketed in a traditional manner through print media and the internet with good results. They now wish to establish a telesales department to push the sales forward and it is the position of manager of this department that they are now looking to fill.
They anticipate having the team leader and one sales person initially and as sales grow increasing the team size. They have a lot of potential sales to be made so in the long term believe that they will have 3 or 4 sales staff under the manager.
You should be experienced in a telesales environment here in Spain, the ideal backgrounds would be real estate, timeshare, investment sales etc. References will be taken up by the company.
The company will provide an employment contract, a basic salary and excellent bonus/profit share scheme to the successful candidate.
