Our prestigious client requires a Graduado Social with a postgraduate degree for their HR department based in Marbella.
You should be a Qualified Graduado Social and have extensive experience in Legal and Employment advice, Human Resources, Health and Safety and Employment and Social Security Law.
You must be in both fluent Spanish and English and ideally have experience in pleading before the Labour Court, (CMAC and Juzgados de lo Social).
You will possess experience dealing with clients, advising them in all the areas related to Human Resources and know how to calculate and prepare payroll and National Insurance payments, Sistema Red and Contrato Laboral etc.The role also involves the preparation of labour contracts, dealings with all documentation and procedures with the TGSS, INSS, Employment Inspectors, and Labour Authorities and the management of sickness and labour accident procedures, IT and AT, etc.
You should possess your own vehicle and you will have a flexible approach to work.
References will be required by our client.
