Our client is searching for a Payment Solutions Manager to manage the entire customer payment function for both the Call Centre and Web environment. This includes maintenance of current methods and implementation of new options according to business priorities. You will be required to perform the following tasks:
-Researching and sourcing alternative CPM’s (Customer Payment Methods) and making recommendations to the board
Management of entire implementation process for all new CPMs including
- Contract and fee negotiations
- Creation of reconciliation process.
- Authoring full business requirements
- Liaison with Project managers and developers.
- System testing and final sign off of product.
- Provide training and support for business where required.
-Maintaining all CPM supplier relationships including regular fee reviews/negotiations.
-Monitoring performance of current CPM’s and providing support and advice for IT department regarding payment system issues. Liaising with supplier where necessary to ensure issue rectified swiftly.
-Providing support for Customer Services department for customer queries regarding receipt/payments. Regularly review all CPMs to determine additional requirements for improvements and manage implementation process.
-Daily reconciliations of certain, high risk, CPMs to ensure early identification of settlement / processing issues and complete any required actions in order to rectify these, including business notification where necessary.
-Maintain the customer payment pages, ensuring that all appropriate information is required and that the payment process is as efficient as possible.
-Input in to annual budget- processing fees, expenses, training and integration.
Essential
• 3 years work experience within either dynamic online gaming or worldwide focus high volume payment transaction processing environment.
• Proactive, independent individual with extensive experience managing relationships and being able to effectively communicate with partners
• Strong organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills, able to communicate throughout an organisation
• Strong with multi-tasking and comfortable running several projects simultaneously.
Desirable
• Proven ability in starting business relationships and ability to negotiate
• Strong understanding of the state of payment processing across the globe, and knowledge of current industry trends
• Understanding of the online gaming, online services, Internet and consumer software markets
