Our client is searching for a Sportsbook Website Manager to work within the Marketing Team, to develop and maintain a dynamic and compelling website which projects passion for sportsbetting in order to increase the number and life of customers.
You will be responsible for the development of the website in order to maximise the number of bets taken and encourage recreational customers. You will drive best value bets for the company such as scorecasts, multiple bets, sections list, specials coupons etc via ensuring simple, intuitive navigation to the main events and markets. You will reduce the number of user clicks required and innovate the products and services to give us a competitive edge.
You will liaise with Traders and Marketing to develop promotions, control the promotions and advertising on the sites and work on a communication strategy for business development, marketing, and content. You will ensure update of daily events on the home page and that the website reacts in real time to top sports news. You will oversee the content of the website static pages, such as the help pages, rules etc, improving the online customer service, help, feedback, FAQ’s etc.
You will have an in depth knowledge of competitor’s web sites, range of markets and functionality. You will understand and monitor how the website is used by interpreting the data from webtrends and managing 3rd party feeds for the website. You will assess and decide what third party content should be used within the budget provided and ensuring that it is integrated into the relevant areas of the betting content.
You will possess extensive Knowledge and experience of the on-line betting industry with the ability to develop project specification. You will have an interest and understanding of future technology and a knowledge of SEO.
The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and hard-working individual who is comfortable working in a hands-on role with excellent planning, organisational and analytical skills. Enthusiasm for and knowledge of the betting/gaming sector is a must and sporting knowledge essential.
