Two extremely well presented, bi lingual sales people are required to work in onsite sales offices . You will be on hand to deal with direct enquiries as well as introductions through estate agents. As the properties are under construction you must be comfortable selling something which is off plan. As this role requires you to work on your own for long periods you should be self motivated, and always looking at new ways of generating new business.
If you have worked in a similar capacity for a promoter in the past you will understand what the role involves.
You must speak English to a native level and also speak a good level of Spanish; any other languages will be a bonus.
The hours of work are to be confirmed, this may be a part time or full time role paying a salary and a commission, for part time the salary would be circa €700pcm, for full time €1200.
You will need to be able to work weekends as and when required.
