| IT Support Analyst - Gibraltar |
Our client is looking to recruit a bright & enthusiastic team player to join the IT support team in Gibraltar and report to IT Manager. You must have 18 month’s previous experience of a first line hands on IT role.
Responsibilities will include taking support calls, monitoring and updating support helpdesk software, troubleshooting problems and resolving via remote access software. You must have experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Microsoft Exchange 2003, Windows XP, Microsoft Office and a good knowledge of hardware. Any experience with Backup Software, Avaya phones and Printers will be a distinct advantage. Spanish speaking a real bonus.
