Our client is searching for a poker agent to help the poker manager and deputy to develop, manage and grow the worldwide poker product.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that more complex customer issues are followed up and resolved in a timely manner.
Proactively develop customer relationships by maintaining contact at an appropriate level.
Feedback recurring customer issues to poker manager and relevant internal department where applicable.
Keep detailed reports regarding conversations via live chat.
Effective messaging of in play promotions.
Activation retention and reactivation of customers.
Online/offline tournaments and PR.
Monitoring of competitor activity and highlighting potential issues/benefits to the company.
Running reports for Bespoke affiliates.
Requirements:
Experience working with Online Gaming systems
Keen Poker enthusiast with experience in the Egaming industry.
Professional and mature attitude.
High standard of customer management skills.
Punctual, flexible and responsible.
