| VIP Manager – Gibraltar |
Our client is searching for a VIP Manager to develop a VIP programme to increase profits, aid retention and ensure the company is the company of choice for VIP players
Role responsibilities:
Build and maintain database of VIPs.
Monitor best customer betting habits.
Build a relationship with key clients.
Provide day-to- day contact and reduce self exclusions.
Develop a layered VIP programme and criteria which defines the level if VIP
Increase spend of best clients.
Work together with marketing and undertake retention exercises to keep the best VIPs
Undertake recruitment exercises to attract new VIPs.
Provide discretionary incentives for VIPs using assigned budget
Manage assigned budget and ROI.
Organise and undertake appropriate corporate hospitality.
You will ideally be able to lower the cost per acquisition, increase real-money signs-ups, increase unique active players and increase yield per unique active player.
Skills, experience, qualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience of working with key clients/VIPs in a senior role in an online environment – Poker, Sportsbook, Bingo etc.
An ability to build trust and encourage loyalty and an understanding of retention programmes.
Experience of managing budgets and reporting on ROI.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of client.
Very strong relationship building skills.
Impeccable character and integrity.
Be confident, articulate and comfortable in all social arenas.
It would be beneficial if the candidate has a qualification in marketing or foreign language skills.
