A thriving company working within one of the most prestigious markets in the Costa Del Sol require a seasoned Sales and Marketing professional to deal with the day to day sales aspects of the business, coupled with the ongoing marketing of the company both in Spain and overseas.
You will have dealt with high net worth individuals for many years, ideally within the real estate sector in Spain, demonstrating an exceptional track record in your sales career to date. The variation of this role makes it significantly more interesting than a pure sales role. Not only will you be carrying out the many functions associated with a traditional Spanish real estate role, but you will also have a pivotal role to play in the Marketing of the business. Whilst the company does employ the services of a PR company, you will need to ensure that every opportunity is maximized, whether that be through the marketing literature, web based marketing etc etc. You do not need to possess Marketing qualifications, but will be expected to devise a marketing strategy as part of the interview process, therefore our feeling is that you will have worked in a similar capacity in your previous role.
Perfect Spanish and English is required in this position, please do not apply if you are not fluent to boardroom level.
The rewards for this role are potentially very high, a basic salary of circa €2-2,500 will be paid, with a commission plan enabling you to earn in excess of €250,000pa. A company car will be provided.
