This position is responsible to the General Manager, this role helps to ensure the commercial success of the company in its national market and as well the international markets. This demanding role involves the development, coordination and maintenance of a high net worth investor client base and the management of these accounts, with high profile individuals and institutions. It is the Sales Advisor’s responsibility to generate referrals (new business), through its existing client base and successfully complete sales with the support of all marketing materials and marketing campaigns provided by the company. The Sales Advisor will participate in organizing private seminars with his groups of investors and presentation, materials etc. under the set criteria of the company. This role works on set sales targets which are set monthly and are established by the General Manager.
Essential Job Functions:
• Responsible to meet monthly sales target
• Develop, implement and conduct an investor database and manage these accounts
• Assist in the organization and implementation of seminars to investors
• Responsible for presenting the packages to investors and closing the sales
Required Skills:
Strong selling skills, both over the phone and face to face and strong organizational skills. The ability to generate sales and motivate third party collaborators to achieve sales targets. Excellent networking skills and confidence to deal with high net worth individuals and ability to communicate at that level with a strong financial background. Excellent ability to work under pressure, driven by competition, excellent communicator with an excellent knowledge of real estate investments. Must be target driven and self- starter.
Working Conditions:
A basic salary and good commissions are offered.
General office hours: Monday – Friday from 9h30 to 18h30 with one hour for lunch.
Must be prepared to travel.
