 Online Bingo Manager
An Online Bingo Manager is required to develop and grow the already established bingo operation and associated products.

Job Responsibilities:

Day to day operation and performance of the Bingo products

Maintain strong relationships and clear communications with all third party software suppliers.

Deliver daily/weekly/monthly reports to management and board of directors.

Conduct regular competitor analysis and maintain market place awareness.

Develop and implement promotions for acquiring, reactivating and retaining Bingo players.

Manage support team and Chat Host Manager to ensure highest levels of service and performance in support.

Generate new product ideas and recommend enhancements to existing products.

Liaise with software supplier on a day-to-day basis to ensure that the Bingo product is operating to its maximum potential.

Provide support and be the point of escalation for Bingo queries passed on by Gaming Support

Undertake agreed security procedures and take action on any potential fraudulent activity.

Requirements:

Online Bingo Management experience.

Targets motivated and results driven.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.

Customer focused with a desire to provide outstanding service

Highly numerate.

Ability to work on own initiative.

Team player with a pro-active attitude.

Flexible attitude towards working hours - evenings and weekends required.

Salary depending on experience.
