| Residential Property Valuer/Surveyor |
A recently formed real estate company, based in Puerto Banus, are looking to recruit a professional valuer of residential property, ideally with experience in Spain. Whilst the client would prefer someone with RICS (or overseas equivalent) qualifications, they have stressed that the attributes of the candidate are very bit as important as the experience and training. You should be a forward thinking, ambitious individual who interacts well with people at all levels. As the company will specialize in distress/urgent property sales you should be particularly adept in being able to assess current market conditions throughout the region and apply these to the valuation.
An ideal candidate would have worked in Spain as a Tasador and be looking for an exciting new challenge with a company who are determined to succeed in the challenging conditions with their very dynamic approach. We would also welcome applications from experienced real estate employees in Spain without qualifications who could bring significant value to the company.
The financial remuneration is very much dependant on the individual, but will include a basic salary with a bonus scheme.
