Our client is searching for a Online Casino Manager and Deputy Online Casino Manager to be responsible for all casino games and produce reports on its productivity for presentation to the board. You will develop and implement programmes for acquiring and retaining players. You will generate new product ideas and enhance existing products and minimize fraud from within the department. You will manage the service from the support team providing 1st point of contact for any escalated casino related queries. You will liase with the market department to generate and implement promotions and campaigns. You will complete regular competitor analysis.
You will have strong casino experience and management experience in an online environment. Ideally experience of working alongside a board of directors and with planning and executing marketing campaigns etc.
Salary dependant on experience.
