This company specialise in the sale of both overseas and Spanish real estate, they need to recruit a proven telesales manager with at least 2 years experience in a targeted sales environment.
You should be a natural motivator of people, lead by example and have good experience of training both new and existing sales people. Given the more challenging market conditions the client thinks a no nonsense type of person, yet still approachable, would be ideal.
A basic salary and excellent bonus scheme await the successful candidate.
The office hours are 10am to 8pm Monday to Friday with a late finish of 9pm once a week, you should be able to work flexible hours given the role.
