A successful real estate company are actively recruiting new telemarketing staff and require people who have at least one years recent experience in a similar role, real estate would be preferred.
You need to have excellent pc skills, be able to work under pressure, the type of person who constantly monitors their own sales performance without someone having to do it for you. This is a tough sales role, it's not an aggressive one, but real estate has suffered a lot recently as you're doubtless aware.
Properties are still selling, though the prices and conditions need to be ideal for the investor.
If you want a reliably paid role, in very nice offices with easy transport and parking , and can point to a good sales track record, then please contact us. We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with a second language (other than English).
A basic salary of €1200 is paid with commission. It is a 5 day week, with the sales hours being 11am to 8pm, you would need to work a shift pattern to reflect these hours.
