One of Spain's most prestigious private clinics requires someone to oversee the running of their Catering Department.
This role will suit someone who is professionally trained and holds the necessary catering qualifications to oversee the management of the kitchen, providing high quality cuisine to it's discerning clients.
You need to be an expert within nutrition, be capable of dealing with suppliers as well as having the responsibility of the profit and loss of the kitchen. Ideally you will be a trained Chef with several years experience, possibly overseas. There will be a team of staff who will report immediately to you, therefore good communication skills are essential.
You should speak fluent Spanish and ideally English or German.
The hours are varied, you be required to work until 10pm on occassions, with some weekends worked.
The salary and conditions will be extremely attractive , they are open to negotiation with full contract.
