Front Office Support – Securities Department
Our client is searching for a Front Office Support person for the Securities Department to provide a fast, efficient, friendly and high quality service to the Front Office with the purpose of enabling Front Office to maximise their client facing time. You will perform the following tasks:
Actively assist in the daily operations of the Front Office Support team.
Optimise workflow and procedures within the section.
Support Investment Advisors and Relationship Managers with their contacts to existing and prospective clients – responding to enquiries, requests, etc.
Conduct special projects as assigned by Team Head.
Support other team members for the overall benefit of the business.
Process all security related transactions including trading, deliveries, foreign exchanges, enquires and adhoc requests.
