 Investment Product Executive
A superb board level negotiator to source new overseas property developments is sought by this leading company.

You will use your extensive investment property experience to research the emerging property markets throughout the world and negotiate the best possible conditions for this company. You will initiate, and finalize all negotiations with the Developer ,and then manage the relationship on an ongoing basis. The role requires passion, creativity and great personal drive and determination. You will be an ambassador for the company at all times therefore you will be credible, professional and insist on providing the very highest standards of service.
The support you will receive will be second to none, you will have the assistance of the best lawyers who deal within the specific market, highly trained investor sales people will be offering the product exclusively to their clients, you will have as much autonomy as is required within the role, but still have a structured working environment that is so often lacking.
The role will involve overseas travel, to destinations as diverse as Brazil to Dubai therefore a flexible approach is essential. Any languages other than fluent English would be an advantage.
A complete understanding of the investment property purchase process is required, if not overseas then certainly in Spain. You will be passionate about property and be able to share this passion with your colleagues.


A breakdown of the role is as follows:



• Administer relationships with appointed lawyers performing due diligence on developers and construction projects. Follow up information needed from the developers, marketing materials, pricelists, contracts
• Perform detailed current affairs, political and economic desk research
• Perform detailed research analysis of countries property markets conditions e.g. price per M2 comparisons, property price trends, mortgage market conditions, legal purchasing process, existing tax regime (corporate and individual), commissions
• Desk research for potential new projects and collaborators
• Negotiate terms and conditions with possible new partner developers
• Liaise with marketing for the right information needed for our website
• Check brochures and website content before going life.
• Give product training to the sales team
• Give training to the CS department about buying procedures, taxes and collaborating partners

Guide lines to ask yourself during your research.:

• Why should people invest in a certain area?
• What are emerging regions, cities, ski resorts, other tourist areas?
• Which areas are best to be promoted and why?
• Where has been the most capital growth?
• Where is the best rental market?
• Is the property market booming because of a domestic or foreign market?
• With which developers can we work together?
• If we look at the different products in an area, which ones are the best?
• What are the procedures for foreigners who want to buy property?
• What are the costs of buying property?
• Which taxes will the client affect in future; capital gain tax, rental/income tax
• How will the property market develop in the coming years?

Salary;
A generous basic salary and high bonus scheme will be offered to the successful candidate, with full travel expenses.
