| Website Analyst – Customer Experience |
Our client is looking to recruit a Website Analyst to join a core team of analytical specialists.
Your main role will be to improve the functionality and usability of the website. Key metrics are:
(1) Converting visitors into registered users
(2) Converting registered users into depositors
You will take ownership of all areas of the customer’s online experience and journey. You will have a direct impact on maximising the above two key metrics.
As the website’s analytical expert, you will become the company’s main source of knowledge in these areas. You will also be responsible for testing new and improved features on the site – from conception, through execution – and you will be expected to be able to analyse the results and make recommendations.
You will also be required to monitor competitor offerings and use this knowledge to help drive website and communication performance improvements.
Essential Criteria:
Experience of using web statistics software such as Web Trends, HBX or Google Analytics
Ability to understand and manipulate the data that is generated from these tools
Ability to draw intelligent conclusions from the data, and make recommendations
Experience of website functionality design and user testing
Some knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, Web Browsers etc.
Some experience of competitor analysis
Analytical skills – a strong numerate background
Ability to work across business functions; with the web/IT teams as well as the content and marketing teams.
Of gradulate caliber with an IT, Statistics or Business-related degree, and some commercial online experience.
A strong interest in online gaming
Salary is £25k - £30k
