 Senior Project Manager/
Our client is searching for a Senior Project Manager/ Project Manager Team Leader to be responsible for delivery against the project brief and specification on schedule and within budget to required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities / Activities

• To take lead responsibility for specific projects, manage project delivery and the associated resources, and act as the single point of contact.
• Manage projects according to common project management methodologies to deliver projects within given budget, scope and timelines to defined quality standards.
• To develop and maintain effective working relationships with project sponsors and other key stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure full commitment and support for the success of the projects.
• Lead project teams ensuring they complete planned/agreed work to achieve project schedule, quality and cost objectives.
• Project compliance, assurance and reporting. Assist in managing group work plan. Manage and execute new product releases according to management guidelines.
• Identify, monitor, mitigate and manage projects and operational risks.
• Motivate project teams to ensure effective team working.
• Establish and maintain good supplier and customer relations to ensure effective delivery. Ensure customer satisfaction following project delivery.
• Promote and introduce new processes and procedures to increase project team’s effectiveness. Review existing processes and procedures on an ongoing basis to ensure they properly address company objectives.
• Other tasks as directed

Experience / Qualifications Requirements

• 8-10 years working in a similar working environment, an online service provider operating in a growing market industry.
• Experience in executing large scale projects ($0.5M – $10M) successfully.
• Experience in working with similar technologies: web applications providing self service customer experience (online payments and products, CRM, etc.).
• Educated to a degree level or with appropriate project management experience backed up by formal training.
• Preferably experience in managing a platform roadmap, managing multiple product new releases and ongoing support (patches, bug fixes, etc.) for multiple brands.
• Preferably experience in team management.
• Broad IT industry experience, preferably experience in working with similar technologies (Java/C++, ORACLE/SUN).
